Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 13, 2026 · Policy version 2026-08-13.1

This policy explains how Empwr.ai (empwr.ai and www.empwr.ai) uses cookies and similar technologies, what they do, how long they last, and how you can change your choices at any time.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Some are needed for a site to work at all. Others help site owners understand how the site is used or support marketing. We only set non-essential cookies after you say yes in our cookie banner. Rejecting them never limits your access to this site.

Strictly necessary cookies (always active)

These are required for the site to load, stay secure, and remember your cookie choices. They do not need consent.

Who receives cookie data

When you allow analytics or marketing cookies, the data they collect is shared with the companies that provide those services: Twilio Segment and the destinations connected to our Segment workspace (Google Analytics, Intercom, and, with marketing consent, Meta and LinkedIn), PostHog, Google, and Apollo.io. Each acts as a service provider to Empwr.ai. We do not sell your personal information.

How we record your consent

When you make a choice in the cookie banner, we store a record in the empwr_cookie_consent cookie in your browser. It contains the time of your choice, the categories you allowed or declined, the version of this policy that was shown to you, and a random anonymous identifier. This record is how we prove and honor your choice on later visits.

Changing or withdrawing your consent

You can change your mind at any time. Click the Cookie Preferences link in the footer of any page to reopen the settings panel, switch any category on or off, and save. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and takes effect immediately: previously set analytics and marketing cookies are removed and those tools stop loading. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings.
