Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 30-day Free Trial gives you the full product with no card.
What happens when my trial ends?
Upgrade to Team to keep everything, or move to the free Personal plan. Projects over the Personal plan's limits are paused until someone upgrades or the project is brought within the limits.
Who counts as a user?
Anyone who is a member of a project. On Team and Enterprise, each member is a paid user.
Are there limits on AI use?
No tokens, credits or usage meters on any plan. AI is included in the price.
Is the meeting notetaker free?
Yes, on every plan, forever, with no limit on meetings.
Do we have to move off Jira or our current tools?
No. Empwr reads the tools you already use and builds the status from them. Nothing to migrate.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Team is $24 per user per month billed monthly, or $19 billed annually.
Can we use SSO on Team?
Yes, anyone can sign in with SSO. Enterprise adds the ability to require SSO-only sign-in.
What's the difference between the Free Trial and a Pilot?
The Free Trial is a 30-day self-serve trial anyone can start. A Pilot is a longer, hands-on Enterprise evaluation run with our team.
Is our data used to train AI models?
