Every automotive program has a program manager. Few have one with time to spare:

Everyone leaves the customer meeting with a different account of what was agreed

The open issues list grows faster than anyone can close it

The schedule lives in Microsoft Project, the open issues in Excel and the decisions in Teams and email

The result?

The program stays green until the gate review.

Decisions in program meetings become the program plan

The open issues list stays current without anyone maintaining it. Empwr reads your program meetings, engineering reviews and customer calls, and updates the program plan as decisions are made. When the same issue comes up again three meetings later, Empwr updates the existing item instead of adding a new one, so gate review prep starts from a list that's already up to date.

Red status before the gate review

When an open issue has gone untouched for three weekly meetings, or a supplier's commitment has gone quiet, Empwr flags it. Each flag links to the meeting, email or ticket it came from, so anyone can check it in a click.

One record of what was agreed

When the customer, your engineers and three suppliers agree a date in one meeting and move it in the next, Empwr updates the commitment in the program plan and records why it moved. Weeks later, anyone can see what changed, when, and who agreed to it, without comparing notes. Your customer and suppliers don't need an Empwr login.

Who built Empwr

Built by people who worked on Microsoft Project

Our CEO and CPO spent a combined 35 years working on Microsoft Project, and our CPO went on to run product for Atlassian's Server and Data Center business.

We know why plans fall behind, because we spent decades on the tools that hold them. Empwr is built so the plan no longer depends on someone keeping it up to date.

Why Empwr for automotive teams

Status chief engineers can check

Chief engineers and program directors see where each program actually stands. Every flag links to the meeting, email or ticket behind it, so they can check it before the gate review instead of calling another meeting.

Less time chasing updates

Program managers stop chasing every function and supplier for status. Empwr builds it from the meetings, email and tickets that already exist. It takes the assembling, not the judgment.

Works across the customer–supplier boundary

Your customer's portal, your suppliers' email, your own Jira and Teams: Empwr reads the meetings, email and documents around all of them, so your internal view matches what you promised the customer.

Start with one program

Point Empwr at one program that isn't confidential. Nothing to migrate and no process to change. Expand to more programs when it earns its place.

Try it on your next program

Start free on one program, no credit card required. Empwr reads the tools your teams already use, so there's nothing to migrate.
